Product Introduction

The one-component polyurethane sealant is mainly composed of polyurethane prepolymer, fillers, and other additives. It is a solvent-free one-component sealant that cures at room temperature. It is in a paste state and can be extruded or applied during construction. It cures by reacting with the trace water vapor in the air and bonds by reacting with the active groups on the surface of the substrate. The color is generally black, and there are also white, gray, etc.

Applications

• Construction Field: It is used for the filling and sealing of doors, windows, glass, etc.; the connection of building materials such as precast concrete components and the filling and sealing of construction joints; the bonding and caulking of lightweight structures (such as curtain walls) on buildings; the waterproof caulking of facilities such as balconies, swimming pools, and bathrooms; the sealing of insulating double-glazed windows and insulating window frames, etc.
• Civil Engineering Field: It can be used for the caulking and sealing of highways, bridges, airport runways, etc.; the connection and sealing of pipeline joints such as sewers made of concrete, ceramic, PVC, and other materials, underground gas pipelines, and electrical circuit pipelines; the sealing of the joints of subway tunnels and other underground tunnels, etc.
• Automotive Field: It is mainly used for the assembly and sealing of vehicle windows (mainly windshield glass).
• Other Fields: It can also be used for the sealing of ships, refrigeration equipment, instruments, etc.; it can also be used for equipment repair, heavy anti-corrosion, etc., such as in the aspects of equipment damage repair, size restoration, and preventive protection.
