Self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane (hereinafter referred to as Type N) is made with synthetic rubbers such as SBS, high-quality road asphalt and tackifiers as the base materials. The upper surface materials are polyester film (PET), polyethylene film (PE), aluminum foil or silicone-coated release film, and the lower surface is covered with a silicone-coated release film as the anti-adhesive layer, thus forming a self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane without a base layer.
Self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt polyester-felt waterproofing membrane (hereinafter referred to as Type PY) takes the continuous filament polyester mat as the base layer, and the tackifying polymer modified asphalt as the impregnating and coating material. The surface is covered with polyethylene film, fine sand, shale, aluminum foil or a release film as the isolation layer, and the lower surface is covered with a silicone-coated release film as the anti-adhesive layer, thereby forming a self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt polyester-felt waterproofing membrane.
Product Feature
The special formula and unique manufacturing process make it have the characteristics of cold construction, no use of open flames, no use of adhesives, and no pollution to the environment.
Polyester felt has high tensile strength, high elongation, and strong adaptability to base shrinkage, cracking, and deformation.
Using SBS modified asphalt as coating material, it has good high and low temperature resistance and meets the needs of exposed waterproof layer.
Good bonding performance, synchronized with the service life of the roll material and the self bonding of the roll joint.
The self-adhesive rubber asphalt on the lower surface of the coil is coated in regular strips to bond with the base layer, which has a unique function.
Form a steam exhaust channel to balance the steam pressure at the base layer and avoid bulging of the waterproof layer.
During shrinkage, cracking, and deformation of the base layer, it can avoid cracking caused by the "zero extension" phenomenon of the waterproof layer due to full adhesion between the waterproof layer and the base layer.
